So, I read alot. All my life, it's been books. If I've included a book on my list, it means I loved it. At least four out of five stars. Almost a guaranteed win for you if you like the genre. I'll explain my genre choices to help you decide. And I know I've forgotten a million good books, send me your suggestions!
Kick-Ass Chicks - If you like Beth and Darby and all the other gals in COA, then you'll probably enjoy these books. They are light, easy reading, great escape fiction.
Mystery / Thriller - Like James Patterson and John Sanford? This genre's for you.
Magic / Supernatural - I just love a taste of magic in the real world. JK Rowling and Koontz fans apply here!
Oprah's Bookclub / Women - These are either from OBC or chick lit.
Science-Fiction / Fantasy - Probably my favorite genre of all. Anything's possible in these other-wordly realms.
Historical Fiction - I don't have a favorite epoch, but there are some great period works out there.
Spiritual - These aren't religious works, but an exploration of different views of enlightenment.
Business / Political - This is really a catch-all for all the non-fiction works I feel are worth consuming.
Epic - I mean books that make you go, wow! Books that push the boundaries of who you think you are. Epic in scope, not necessarily in length. Books that I think everyone should read at least once in their lifetime.
